Unable to access my wordpress admin

Hello,

I was trying to make some edits to my website, and I did not want to ask for help but clearly do not know what I am doing. I added a line of code in my function php and after updating I can’t access any part of my wordpress site. How do I resolve this issue? I don’t even know where to start.
