• Hi all,

    Hoping someone can help.

I am currently getting the following msg every time I try and log onto my WP.

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home3/charlie/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

I’m very new to all this so my level of knowledge as far as coding is very basic.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Charlie

  • Hi there,

Looks like the error is caused by one of your plugins.

What I would suggest is to log in to your website’s File manager (from your hosting or using an FTP client), and temporarily rename your ‘Plugins’ folder (thus effectively deactivating all of your plugins). If you can log in to your WordPress dashboard (by visiting <yourdomainname>/wp-admin), that would be perfect – but I don’t think this error would make the dashboard available either.

Once that’s done, check your site. It should work now. 🙂

You can then install each plugin one by one, and check which one caused the problem, later.

Btw, could you mention your blog’s link too, so that I may have a look?

    Hi Harri,

A big tanks for your advice. I will definitely try this later today and yes your are right, I’am unable to logo into WP by visiting <yourdomainname>/wp-admin.

    The website is http://www.luxuryapartmentsdubai.com

Will let you know how it goes.

    Thanks again,
