I remember reading some issues with that particular error recently. It looks like there might be some similar discussions in the forums.
I’m thinking the solution may possibly involve a manual re-install, but I’ll let you be the judge.

I have reinstalled and get the error message along bottom of site

The footer.php file exists in the directory, so not sure why this error would occur.
Do you think it is something that I should take up with 123 hosting or is it likely to be an issue with the wordpress theme creator?
Or am I doing something else wrong?
