Unable to activate plugin on a multisite network

    Hello, I’m trying to Network Activate the MP Free plugin on a multisite installation that’s using 4.2.1 WP.

    What I’m doing is going to “My Sites” -> “Network Admin” -> “Plugins”

    I click “Network Activate” under the “Multilingual Press Free” plugin, and each time I do that the following comes up:

    The plugin Multilingual Press Free has been deactivated.
This plugin must be activated for the network. Please use the network plugin administration.

    I’ve checked the webserver logs (just in case), nothing in there… not sure where to look or what to do to debug? Any help will be appreciated.

    Also, I should mention that I have installed some other plugins in there and they all work fine, also I have installed Multilingual on other WP instances without issues… first time this is happening.. 🙁
