Unable to Activate Starter Template Plugin

    Installation/Activation of the Astra Theme works fine. Installation of the Starter Templates Plugin works. We cannot Activate the Starter Templates Plugin. When we attempt to activate, we receive this error message: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”     We’ve attempted this twice. The first time we did not touch our other plugins and the second time all other plugins were deactivated and deleted. Same problem both times. Please help!!

    I have the same issue, unfortunately Brainstorm Force support team have failed to respond in 4 days.
    Please advise. ticket no 470811
    WordPress version 5.6 Current theme: Astra (version 2.6.2) Current plugin: Starter Templates (version 2.4.0) PHP version 7.1.33

    I have the same issue and i am working in local environment

    (1) WordPress Version: 5.6
    (2) Theme version: Astra 3.0.1
    (3) Starter Templates: astra-sites.2.4.0
    (4) Operating System: Linux
    (5) Software: Apache/2.4.46 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.1.1i PHP/8.0.0

    Hi @ocha24,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Do you still have the issue? If you do, please try to deactivate all of the plugins except the Starter Template plugin and see how it goes. And also, please make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements, as mentioned in this doc.
