Unable to Active Plugin

I can install the plug in with no issues. But when i activate it goes to this page

/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=wordfence%2Fwordfence.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=a844ced37d

then give this error

I have installed this version of wordpress on multiple sites with no issues. But for some reason this site will not install. its a live site so i cant disable plugins. Just looking for any other ideas.
