• I have this message on two of my sites. Any idea what is going on? I have deactivated, deleted, and tried all I can think of. If worked for a few weeks and now it does not.

    Thanks
    Steve

(cas:72) Google Analyticator was unable to authenticate you with Google using the Auth Token you pasted into the input box on the previous step.

This could mean either you pasted the token wrong, or the time/date on your server is wrong, or an SSL issue preventing Google from Authenticating.

Try Deauthorizing & Resetting Google Analyticator.

  • Am having the same problem on my WP site. All of a sudden, no analytics at all showing in Google Analytics or the analytics feature on my WP Dashboard. Not ‘techy’ enough to understand any of this, but would love to get it fixed and back into operation.

    Hi,

This sounds like 2 different problems.

Steve: Invalid grant is because your token has probably expired. If it worked previously then please try it again. Sorry, we don’t have a better answer.

Timaurer: When you say no analytics are showing in analytics, is the google analytics tracking code actually appearing on your site?
