Unable to change colours

I have Service Box Pro (Service Showcase Pro) v5.0. I would like to update the colours but the options for Service Box Color Settings, Service Box Font Family & Size Settings, and Service Box Layout, Style & Link Settings show their arrows pointing down but there is nothing there. When I hover the cursor changes to a hand that appears to be a link but nothing happens.
