Unable to Complete Plugin Updates

I recently migrated a site over to a staging URL which resulting in finding and replacing the old URLs. Everything seems to be working just fine but when trying to complete updates on either the plugin pages or the updates page, it acts like and says the plugins are all successfully updated, however, after refreshing it shows they have not been updated. A little stumped on this one, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
