Hello,

I am trying to set up the plugin but nothing works, I am prompted with Unable to complete your setup on the very last step, with no further information. Image can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/W9vU4KAKft

Full context:
– I have already created a Google Merchant account manually a while ago
– The current feed is set up using Product Feed Pro

Do I have to delete the feed set up trough Product Feed Pro first?

Hi @brielecontact,

Sorry to learn about the error when setting up Google Listing & Ads! I don’t think Product Feed Pro is the problem in this case.

Can you let us know which country and currency you’ve set in your shop? We seen this error message occur when an unsupported country or currency is used. You can find a list of supported countries and currencies here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160637?hl=en

I can confirm that our plugin, Product Feed Pro for WooCommerce, definitely is not the cause of this.

Thanks for confirming the country and currency.

Both are indeed supported by Google Merchant Center.

Can you confirm your site meets the other Google Merchant Center requirements as listed here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#google-merchant-center-requirements

If that doesn’t help in this case, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

@theabhig I can confirm that the site meets the Google Merchant Center as listed on the WooCommerce page – as I said, I already created it manually and have been accepted a while ago.
