Unable To Create A Subscription Button

    Hello,

    We are running a WP 4.4.2 multisite network.

    Plugin is active on one subsite.

    After configuring a subscription button the following error is encountered on save.

    Error Code: 11922
    Error Details: You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription button.

    Not sure what those references are about.

    All fields are completed before saving.

    Any assistance will be appreciated.

    Do you have logging enabled in the plugin? Can you provide the log file for me to review?

    UPDATE

    I have been able to create simple buy now buttons with the checkbox ticked for those buttons to appear inside PayPal.

    As time permits I will try the more complex buttons again and report back and provide a log file if they fail.

    Question: Does your plugin only present button types that a PayPal Account can create?

    For example, if a PayPal Account does not have the feature active for subscriptions, does your plugin still show the option to create a subscription button or does it eliminate that button type since the PayPal account does not support it?

    Any PayPal account can create subscription buttons. I just need to see the log when that fails to see what’s going on.

    Hello Angeleye,

    I have the log file you requested.

    I activated logging and then attempted to create a subscription button and
    after the failure I deactivated logging.

    Should I email the log file or post it here?
    Does it contain any sensitive info?

    If email, what address do I send to.

    Please advise.

    Best thing would be to submit a ticket here and attach the log file. You’ll need to zip the log file before you can attach it.
