Unable To Create Forms

    I’m trying to create an form on Forminator but the create button is not click able but import works but still not good can’t proceed with the imported content , WordPress 5.7 my another site is with WordPress 5.7 but works like charm.

    I tried console and found 18 errors when click Create Button. Its shows error in handled exception and some js files..

    Also , Create Polls button works only issue with Create Forms, Submit Forms.

    I’m in a urgent need please help me and do the needful.

    I’m ready to give credentials if the Dev Team Can Fix This

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    In case it shows some Console errors it may be a plugin conflict.

    Could you please create a full backup or a staging website and run a plugin test following this flow:

    Hi @mjrising,

    I would like to bring to your notice that the mentioned is just a deprecation notice and it shouldn’t be breaking the functionality of the site.

    I checked this on a test site but wasn’t able to replicate any such issues at our end.

    Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of the plugin? Have you run a plugin conflict test as we have suggested? Please let us know the result so that we can check this further.

    It would be better to run basic troubleshooting steps 1st to ensure all the aspects are covered and ruled out.

    Since I don’t see you confirm about running a conflict test. Could you please confirm that whether you did try running a conflict test as mentioned in the previous reply?

    The mentioned warning message shouldn’t be causing any such issues. It mostly has to do with an existing plugin or theme causing a conflict with Forminator.

    Would recommend 1st to re-install the Forminator plugin and if you still face the same issue and if a conflict test hasn’t been performed, then you can run a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart:
