Unable to create permissions

Hi!

I’m using the free version and when trying to add Specific Permissions for each user, nothing is working. I selected the Post type, Operation, Adjustment, Qualification, Select Posts, and after clicking Add Selected Permissions button after checking all the boxes, it reloads the page without anything getting selected. I’ve even followed one youtube video the exact steps, it still doesnt work. How can i fix this?
