Unable to create pop-up

    Hello, I just downloaded the plugin but I am unable to proceed further than from the stage where you are suppose to name the pop-up you want to create. The following message appears:”Something went wrong saving the settings. Make sure everything is okay.” I would be very thankful for help.

    Hi @wellnessvibesfin,

    I’m afraid that I’m unable to replicate this issue on my end so it would usually mean that there’s a conflict with one of your other plugins or theme that is preventing the plugin from working properly.

    Can you please perform a full conflict test by disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme.
    If the popup settings are working fine after that enable them one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us what’s causing the issue so we can debug it further.

    I suggest doing this test on a staging site or if you don’t have one make sure to have a full backup ready before doing the test on live installation.
