unable to delete plugin

In addition to the booking image in the dashboard you should also have a menu named “Appointment Booking Calendar” as described in the documentation (screenshots included):

The way to insert the booking form in the page is described also in the following link:

The way to uninstall the plugin is to “deactivate” it from the plugins area of the WordPress website and then click “delete” also on that page. That way the plugin will be uninstalled.
