Hello @ukpreppingshop,
Please, deactivate the CleanTalk Security Plugin in a special way:
• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → enable the option “Complete Deactivation” → Save Changes.
• WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate
Then delete the plugin normally. Did it help?
If not, please delete it in your hosting account:
1. Log in to your Hosting Account.
2. Locate the folder of your website.
3. Delete the plugin folder “security-malware-firewall” here:
• WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall
Did it help either way?
hi
no can’t do that as deactivated plugin so doesn’t show on wp settings now… and not confident to go into deleting files etc….should really have a warning how to delete as this is worrying….
Then install the Security plugin again to overwrite the existing files. Then delete it in a usual way.
The installation guide is here:

Could you send a screenshot of the issue?
