    Hi there,

not sure if you are aware of this (or is it just me) but I am unable to edit the content recently, it breaks the page in the edit mode. Detail here: https://www.loom.com/share/267f04ac4c9b42c398d44595ce7a5b52

It is distorting all the elements in the edit mode so that it doesn’t reflect the layout and dimensions of the “real” design. It also doesn’t react to edits – as you could see, I was trying to move the text on the hero image to the right but nothing happened.

Can you please have a look? Also I have noticed that if I edit an element often, it stops responding. (eg. here: https://www.loom.com/share/173e6c15acd74540922b77c43db8a6f9)

Plugin updated to the latest version, incl WP… Let me know if you need more detail.

    Thank you!

Thank you for reporting those issues.

About the second problem, I am able to reproduce the it locally when trying to change the font size of the quote text. This is bug. A fix is on the way for the next release of Nimble Builder. Thank you for bringing it up.

About your first issue, I can’t reproduce this. The video is self explanatory and something is obviously broken.

I suspect either a conflict with your theme, or with a third party plugin.

Can you follow the troubleshooting steps below and let me know if it helps ?

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure the Nimble Builder and your theme are up to date.
    2. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    3. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    4. Check for theme conflict : try to switch to another theme, typically a default WP theme like Twenty ***teen
    5. Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

Another thing, in your next reply, please share your system infos. You’ll find them under Dashboard > Plugins > System Infos ( when Nimble Builder plugin is active ).

Last thing, can you export your Nimble Builder sections and share them with me via this contact form ? I’ll need to test the exact same design as you.

    Thank you.

@insearchofasolution I’m about to release a new version of the plugin. I would need to have your feedback about the reported bug to be sure there’s no additional bug to fix before the release.
    Thank you !

    Hi @nikeo!

I have tried switching to the 2019 theme but seems to be doing the same: https://www.loom.com/share/4873fd3e31dd44ce8fadf6c19ae7467b.

I was able to deactivate some plugins but not all of them as some reset their settings when I disable them which means hours of setting up from scratch. So, for this reason, I was unable to fully test the compatibility with all plugins.

I was going to send you the rest of the info, but I don’t see any contact form on that page?

    Thanks!

    OK.

About the contact page, you need to perform a search first, to reveal the contact form.

Looking forward to receive your export.

    Thanks

As discussed outside of this post, the issue was the width of the element and therefore I was unable to move the elements beyond the width. Thank you for your excellent support! 🙂

I’m glad it helped. Your detailed feedbacks brought up other minor issues currently being fixed.
    Thanks
