Unable to edit form fields

    Wordpress Version 5.6
    UR Version 1.9.1

    When I enter the editor for an existing or new registration form, I am able to place fields on the layout, but an unable to access “Field Options” for them; clicking on the field does not appear to fire the event to show the options……or the “Field Options” tab itself is broken.

    I noticed the following in the console:
    Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://www.x.com/wp-content/plugins/user-registration/assets/js/ur-components/ur-components.min.js?ver=UR_VERSION”.
