Unable to export

I’m encountering a recurring issue when trying to export my site using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin (premium version with large file support).

Each time I attempt the export, it fails, and the plugin points me to an error log located at:

https://bgconsulting.mx/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error-log-ipur6tqefs06.log

However, when I try to access that log, I receive a 403 Forbidden error with the message:
“You do not have permission to access this document.”

I’ve already checked the permissions for the plugins and storage folders via Plesk. The permissions are correctly set (775), and inheritable permissions are active. The user running PHP has write access.
