Hello , I am also getting the Issue as well i cant export customers from my custom made app i developed ,It was working before but now its not at all working.
Same case for orders when exporting orders customer are not exported.

I’m unable to replicate the problem using the same sample code from the documentation; the customer gets created without any issues.

Since everything is working in Postman, the problem likely stems from your configuration.
You could also try performing a conflict test to check if any of your other plugins or your theme might be causing this issue.
