Unable to export submissions

    I am attempting to export submissions on forms, but any attempt to do so does nothing.

    When trying to export to CSV, I’m getting a loading message, which disappears after a few moments and nothing happens.

    Same issue with the Excel option.

    I tried disabling all other plugins and even switched to the Twenty Twenty theme – nothing is working.

    This site is running Version 2.13.28 of the pro version of the plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciatedd.

    But as far as you have already written, please note that you are using an old version of the plugin, please update the plugin to the latest 2.13.59 version and check again.
