Unable to Import Spreadsheet

    I have been trying to upload the spreadsheet but the data from the spreadsheet is not reflected in the orders page. I did not encounter any errors but I can’t import the spreadsheet.

    Hello bmulogistics,

    Please make sure that you are using the correct number of columns. The best way to make sure are using the correct order and names for the fields is to export an existing order first and then remove all the (Read-only) columns that you see on the sheet. Then you could just fill in the details for all the new orders in the same sheet and just import it. If in case you are are using any custom fields in the spreadsheet, make sure to create those custom fields first in the admin area in the plugin dashboard.
