Unable to import variable product

Hello,
I am unable to import variable product. I have set sku and parent sku(See csv attachment). But its creating three different products, instead of one variable product with two variations in it. Also, there is no parent sku in import mapping to map my parent sku field. Am not sure i am using the right csv format. Kindly advice where i am going wrong or prescribe a suitable csv format.
