Unable to insert blog

Hi
I am trying to activate the jetpack plugin by clicking “Set up Jetpack”I keep getting the error “Error Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”
I have tried everything from uninstall plugin by force and via the plugin page and also checking xmlrpc etc…
Please advice

Hi @carlsum1986, under Settings > General, please check your Site and Home urls. Do they match the domain you’ve shared here?

Thanks for the screenshot, I’m actually seeing a mismatch in the site URLs on our system. I’ve disconnected Jetpack so please try reconnecting with these steps:

Does that help or do you still have the same trouble afterwards?

I have followed the same steps and deactivated and delete. I have then installed via the plugin page.I still see the same error.

Ok, I think I’ve found the problem on our end.
Please try deleting Jetpack specifically from the Plugins section of your blog’s Dashboard: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack
This will clear out Jetpack’s settings, and this time it will work properly after a reinstall.
