• I’m experiencing an issue with the WP Custom Admin Interface plugin. I cannot install or manage plugins in my WordPress admin panel. When I try to access the Plugins page, I receive the error:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Additionally, changes made in Admin Menu settings do not save properly. Even after modifying and saving the menu structure, the changes are not applied.

Could you please advise how to resolve these issues?

    PHP Version: 8.0.3
    WordPress Version: 6.7.2
    Plugin Version: 7.37
    Current Theme: TDSC-Brucite+
    Active Plugins:

    Hi @alego123,

It seems like you might have by accident hidden the plugins menu from showing from your profile.

What might be a good idea is to reset things. If you still have access to our plugin settings, go to the sub menu called “Manage Settings” and then select all, or perhaps just “Admin Menu” and “Hide Plugins” and delete those settings. If you can’t access our sub menu, you can download, install and activate this plugin here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-TYcFLSxmL2FPQtft2OaI9fvT_n4Uyd6&usp=drive_fs and this will delete all our plugin settings. If you can’t access the plugins area at all, please delete our plugin from your service vita FTP or through your hosting file manager.

Let’s start here, and then we can look at the second problem.

    Thanks,
