I have tried several times to kill recaptcha on our website. I have deleted the key in Google Cloud. I’ve deleted the plugin but we are all still getting the pop-up upon trying to access the website. I just want it gone.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It’s either cache, or you have another plugin adding captcha. Try emptiying cache in whatever caching colution your using – plugin or hosting side.

Thank you! I had three cache apps that I just cleared. I’m not seeing it now and tested from several browsers so hoping it’s finally resolved.

Website it DOWN! This has become urgent, when trying to access our site newhopeequine.com, we’re seeing the reCaptcha pop-up but it resolves with a 503 error. I’ve checked Hostinger and don’t see any issues there. I flushed the cache at Hostinger but that did not fix the issue.

This is not a WordPress plugin that works here, but rather the reCaptcha-based anti-spam protection of the Litespeed server on which your project is hosted. Litespeed provides documentation on this here: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsws/recaptcha/

If you don’t manage the server yourself, contact the person who does. They will need to disable this protection for you on the server.

Alternatively, you can move your project to another hosting provider.
