Hello @wporgyvonne
Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
Could you try to run through the Connect wizard again and please don’t hurry too much on the last screen of the connection process. Give it some time to run the processes in the background.
Also be sure to deactivate the other PayPal plugin, in case you have any other ones active.
Let me know if this works for you.
Kind regards,
Joost
Hi Joost,
I’ve disabled the other Paypal plugin, let the Connect wizard run on its own and I still see the same error message.
Please help.
I have the same problem as you.

did you know the solution, please?
Hi adrstars,
Couldn’t find the solution to this. This is a very buggy plugin and the slow resolution to the problem is alarming as it impacts the revenue on my client’s website.
I had to revert back to the old PayPal plugin v2.1.2 and that still works. There are no support for that plugin but at least it’s working and my client is happy. You can give it a go as well. Good luck
yes, I back to the old standard plugin me too. thanks for your feedback.

Hello @adrstars and @wporgyvonne
correct, the old plugin will still work until March 2022, so you are still good to keep on using that. However, if want to continue to work with us to get the new version working in your environment, we are happy to help.
However, the issues you are encountering are not the same. One is an onboarding issue, the other one is a conflict issue. @adrstars it might be better to open a new thread for your issue or open a ticket with our Service desk following these instructions: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
@wporgyvonne when you get the error message you see, the connection to the server should work, so I really would like to ask you to try again (we often see this not working on 1st attempt, so it’s worth another shot). If it retrying doesn’t work, you could attempt to do this via the manual connect option below, but when you use this option you might have issues with the Card Processing option the plugin provides.
Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Joost
Since we haven’t heard back from you, I’m going to mark it as resolved.
In case you’re still having problems, feel free to let us know!
