• Unable to migrate to the new v3. Every time it runs through many steps but ends up on “Migration cancelled”. I reconnected HubSpot, disconnected, reconnected, no luck, still unable to migrate. When attempt to “Refresh Available Lists & Fields” it returns success, but the lists do not display anywhere including under General Settings “Assign Lists”.

In one notice, it says must be run by April 30, 2026. Well, that didn’t happen, obviously, and I just found that message today for the first time as the site was a bit dormant and no email notifications were sent about anything.

So, now I am stuck with a forever notice that will not go away unless of course I stop using WPFusion altogether.

    HubSpot List ID Migration
Your site has legacy HubSpot v1 list IDs stored in the database that need to be updated to v3 IDs.
Please back up your database before proceeding. This migration will update list ID references across all posts, users, taxonomy rules, and plugin settings.
    Run Migration Migration cancelled.

Thanks for the report, and sorry for the hassle here.

We’ve found a couple of edge cases in the HubSpot list ID migration that can make the migration appear to cancel or complete without the refreshed lists showing correctly in the settings.

We’ve got fixes queued up for this now, and we’re aiming to release them in the Lite update tomorrow, Wednesday June 17. We’re just putting the finishing touches on the update and doing a final round of testing for 7.0 compatibility before it goes out.

Once that update is available, please update WP Fusion Lite and try running the migration again. That should clear the notice and reload the HubSpot lists correctly.

If you want to try one thing before the update lands, run the migration from the main Dashboard notice instead of from the WP Fusion settings page, and make sure to click OK on the final browser confirmation. That may get around the migration-cancelled message. Either way, we’ve got an update queued for tomorrow that should address the underlying issue.
