Unable to optimise firewall – lsapi

    Hi,
    My hosting provider has migrated from Litespeed back to Apache with LSAPI.
    Wordfence has detected this change and I have run through the process to optimise for this new environment. I already had a user.ini with the auto_prepend in. The additional lines for lsapi have also been added to .htaccess
    However, despite leaving overnight (longer than 5 mintes) the firewall is still in basic mode.
    I have also tried completely removing WordFence (and it’s db tables) and re-installing still without luck.
    Would be most grateful for any suggestions as to how to get the firewall back in to extended protection mode.
