    As it seems to be whenever i try to make a test or a live payment in my website using the stripe payment gateway plugin i get the same error “Sorry we are unable to process your payment right now. Please try again later.

    I first contacted stripe to check if there was a problem on their part but they assured me that everything was fine.
    Then i read all the topics in the woocommerce forum and stripe payment gateway forum but i didnt find a totally explained solution and i cant follow the instructions.
    I received an email from wordpress warning me that it detected a problem with the woocommerce plugin on my website and it would be best to contact my host. So i did but everything was fine there too.
    I also deactivated all my plugins and my themes and the error still appeared! I even tried to install an older version of woocommerce and still didnt work out

    What is going on? I am losing customers daily it is really important to to solve this problem please HELP!!
    If there is anything i can do to help you understand the situation further tell me and i will!! Should i perhaps share my system status here?

    Hi there @oneirokrepas,

    Would you please post your question in the Stripe support forum?

    Before you do that, I’d suggest enabling logging for Stripe at WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe and then doing a test transaction. Then, head to the logs at WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for the file that says woocommerce-gateway-stripe. Copy and paste any error messages you see into your question on the Stripe forum.

    Yes ofcourse i will. Thank you very much! I will paste any error messages from the logs of stripe too.
