Unable to progress backup, can’t do initial backup
-
Hi, I have a very simple blog with a few info pages – no ecommerce, no SSL, nothing fancy. I’m unable to get the initial backup to work. I’m running WordPress 5.1.1 and Updraft Version 1.16.12.
Things I’ve tried:
1. Authenticating to Google Drive. I have plenty of space there.
2. Authenticating to DropBox instead. I also have plenty of space there.
3. Dropping the Split archives every: from 400MB to 50MB
4. Rescan local folder for new backup sets
5. Rescan remote storageNo matter what I try, the backup set will not generate.
Errors encountered:
* The backup is being aborted for a repeated failure to progress.I wasn’t able to copy all of my error log because I exceeded the PasteBin limits so I tried to include as much here as possible. I’ve tried half dozen tries over a couple of days and every backup set is labeled “Not finished”.
Are there any suggestions?
Also, this site was migrated from one GoDaddy shared hosting site to another GoDaddy shared hosting site. Would the migration affect how/if the site would be able to back up? Might there be something in the migration that is mismatched and stopping UpDraft from completing the backup set?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might have!!
