    I just checked that the affiliate cookie is generated correctly, so when processing an order you should see the affiliate commission reflected.

    I recommend you perform the following tests to see if the problem disappears at some point:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2017.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that is in conflict.

    Hi, I already have latest WC and WP versions. I can’t change the theme to default theme as I want to keep using my selected theme for my website. Any other possible ways?

    You can skip deactivating your theme, and just do the third step.
