    Hi,

    My eBay token has expired and I’m unable to refresh it, both on my existing account, but also for new accounts. Following the advice from previous topics, I believe I’ve revoked access to WP Lister (LWS Werbung GmbH?? Either way, WP Lister is not in the list of 3rd party apps), however I keep getting errors.

    When trying to refresh the token on my existing account, I receive the following error:

    When attempting to create a new account, I get the following error message, even though I’m following the correct steps:

    Hey @salisbury88

    Sorry to hear about this issue.

    Please browse to the “accounts” page of WP-Lister, mouse over your account and click “Edit” then on the edit page click the “Screen settings” in the top right hand corner and enable the “Developer options” setting. Then scroll down to the “Token” field and delete everything in the field and save.

    Then fetch a new token, that should work.

    Hi John,

    I’ve navigated to the edit page for my account, but the top-right hand corner “Screen Options” doesn’t have a “Developer Options”.

    The main WP Lister settings page has a Developer tab, but don’t seem to have a “Token” field anywhere. On this page I see:

    * Logging & Debugging
    * Staging site
    * Debug options
    * Beta testers
    * Version info

    But I don’t see anything related to Tokens.

    Am I looking in the wrong place?

    Hi Reuben.

    It sounds like you may not be on the right page.

    Browse to Settings > Accounts in WP-Lister.

    Mouse over the account in question, and click “Edit”.

    Then click the “Screen settings” in the top right hand corner, and enable the “Developer options” by ticking the checkbox, then scroll down to locate the “eBay token” field.

    Yeah I definitely don’t have that option. However, I’ve also just realised that my plugin is “WP-Lister Pro for eBay” – not the Lite version; does that change anything?

    If not, I’ll go ahead and raise a ticket.
