Unable to remove plugin settings or edit settings

Hello, I am trying to use the plugin but it presumably loads with old site settings, even when logged in as admin, and I can’t seem to refresh them or edit them (I found a link within another help post). I am not sure how to delete the settings via the database either. Please advise, thank you
