Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?
Please follow these steps:
- Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
- Reload the screen and click on the Save Changes button
- Check the Console tab for errors which will show in red.
- Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and send them to me and I can investigate this further.

Hi, thanks for your reply, its been happening for months and unresolved – I cannot save any changes made in the plugin settings. I have tried in 4 different browsers and same problem.
End of my tether with this plugin, all types of rubbish has been indexed by search engines and I can do nothing to stop it – with this plugin.
If you give me an email address will send raw text file with error scripts
If it can’t be resolved in the next day or two, time to pull this plugin on all my sites, creating more problems than providing solutions
I have got exactly the same problem , my settings cant be saved , I m trying for example to exclude attachmenets from sitemap , it is terrible
