Hi @aleksskang,
Thanks for writing back,
Are you using a caching plugin? If so, in most cases the caching plugin generates static HTML pages of your website and saves them on your server. Each time a user tries to access your website, your caching plugin serves up the lighter HTML page instead of processing the comparatively heavier WordPress PHP scripts. Due to this reason, sometimes the changes you make aren’t replicated on the frontend. We suggest you turn off the caching for a specific page (where the form is), to solve the issue. Please try this once.
Regards!
