Unable to Save Changes

    Hello,

    I downloaded the Under Construction Plugin today and it worked perfectly fine. Well until in the last couple of hours I was trying to add some social media icons. Unfortunately I couldn’t save it, but instead I got a file downloaded named options.php.

    WordPress version: 5.6
    UCP Version: 3.83
    PHP Version: 7.4.13

    I really can’t think of any reason why that would be happening. When you save the settings you are sent to options.php (a default WordPress file that handles saving of options) but even if some error occurred, the server should not have given you the file for download. You will need to ask your host about this because if the server is treating PHP files as text files and allowing you to download/view the source code, something is definitely broken 😕
