    Hello Quiz maker support team,

    I’ve installed quiz maker for the first time and I am not able to create any quiz or save any change to make to the example quiz already created. I can create questions without any problem and add the questions to the quiz, when I save, page reloads and every change made before does not work.

    I’m with 4.3.1 WordPress Version

    Thank you for the topic.
    I am sorry for the issue you are having.
    Presumably, there is a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Could you please deactivate the rest of your plugins and try again?

    Please let me know about the results of the troubleshooting.

    Unfortunately, this is a company website that I don’t have permissions to do that since we have some plugins online that can’t be disabled. Is there any other way to make this happen?

    The website is using Avada theme version 3.8.8. Thank you

    As it is in your website dashboard, we are unable to do any testing.
    The only way is to make a staging website and do troubleshooting on it.

    I understand, that I will had to validate internally and can take time.

    I will try to disable all the possible plugins and see if it solves. Our version of PhP is 5.6.22, can that be a source of problems?

    Dear Customer,

    I am glad to inform you that we have found the cause of the issue.
    It is connected with a function that is not compatible with the old versions of WP (older than 4.7.0).

    We will fix the issue as soon as possible and let you know.

    We have fixed the issue I mentioned and updated the plugin to version 5.9.2.1.
