Unable to save widget/theme settings

Hello i have a problem, im unable to SAVE settings in widget and the theme settings, when i add some text in widget box and click save the loading circle continues to rotate and nothing happens, i have disabled all the plugins even deleted them, i have also switched to basic wp theme but the issue is remaining? please help me, im using hostgator hosting with latest php and mysql? last but not the least i have switched to different browsers firefox, internet explorer, google chrome and opera the issue remains as such 🙁
