Unable to set Store Location using Google map setting

Hi.

I obtained the Google location API Key and made the settings in Geo location.

When I want to set the STORE LOCATION for any vendor, in the Find location search box it’s not possible to find any location. I receive the message PAGE CANNOT LOAD CORRECTLY Google Maps.

Please see screenshots. It just doesn’t matter what address you are imputing.

The only solution to be able to fill in the vendor address in the Find location search box and to set the store location is to first change the settings from Google map to Open Street maps, set the address, and then change back to Google maps in Geo location settings. Crazy, right?

The reason why I don’t just use Open Street maps is that it is loading incredibly slow or just not loading at all. Another issue seems to be that Open street Maps is just finding the street and setting a pin in the middle of the street, not finding the exact address taking into consideration the number of the street, not just the street name.

The problem is that, while switching between Google maps and Open street maps setting (in Settings, Geo Location) the locations already set (the addresses entered at the Store Location for each vendor are lost / the Store Location – Find location field become blank/empty.

Please fix this. I noticed that is not the first ticket on this issue and you are just closing them without really fixing them.

I just want to mention that your Marketplace, free version, is the best BUT it just seems that you don’t offer enough support lately. I bought The Ultimate add-on for 1 year and I was considering to buy some of the others add-ons for lifetime, but not in these conditions when support is giving us some randomly and/ or partially answers.
