What do you mean by “Everything is disabled” ?
Can you send (with a screenshot for example) your settings ?

what i mean is that in the settings, I cannot change anything. All the settings are like an image, I cannot change anything. Like I am blocked from making changes in the settings
This is strange, I have never had this problem. You cannot change any settings? (some settings are for pro versions only, but you can change most settings with free version).
Have you tried another browser to see if you have the same problem?
