The above code was flagged after an attempt to setup Jetpack Boost on the home sub-domain (energhx.com). The setup was successful for the other two sub-domains (research.energhx.com and consulting.energhx.com).

Can anyone help identify the cause of the problem and what can be done to resolve the problem?

  • I see you’re using the Jetpack and Jetpack Boost plugins on the https://energhx.com/ site. However Jetpack is not fully connected to your WordPress.com account. Please follow these steps to get Jetpack fully connected:

    1. Go to the Jetpack menu in your WP Admin dashboard.
    2. Scroll down to find the “Account Connection” area.
    3. Click “Connect your WordPress.com account” to connect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account.

I also noticed the code you shared includes the following message: You need to enable JavaScript to run this app

Are you using any caching or performance plugins on the site? Are you able to use Jetpack Boost when those other plugins are deactivated?

Are you using anything else on the site that could be disabling or affecting JavaScript from being executed?

    Hi @energhx,

Were you able to follow our suggestions above to resolve the problem in setting up Jetpack Boost?

We wanted to check with you, since forum threads are closed after 7 days of no activity.

Thanks, Jay. I actually had to escalate the problem to the support team in my hosting company. I was told they had to change the permalink setting on the WordPress dashboard to resolve the problem. Sorry for not getting back before now.

    Best regards,
