What’s the exact problem you’re seeing?
When I’m logged in as superadmin on one single multisite subdomain when I try to switch users it says “could not switch users” all the other subdomain sites work just fine.
Cheers. Does this site use a different scheme from the main site? eg. HTTPS on the main site but HTTP on the subdomain site?
Are you using a domain mapping plugin for this site or any of the others?
No, same theme (child) for all sites. No domain mapping plugin.
Can you update to User Switching 1.5.1 and then let me know what the HTTP response code is that’s sent when you see that error message? You can see it from the Network tab in your browser developer console.
