Unable to uninstall

    Since I got a cookie banner on my front page which is classifyed as zcb banner(what i assume means zoho campaigns banner), i wanted to deactivate and uninstall the plugin. unfortunately an error occours and the uninstall process stops. how can i get it off my installation?
