unable to update

    Hi
    I am unable to update Hestia Pro on my live website..while had no problem updating the same on Localhost!! Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @moe11,

    Do you get any error while trying to update?
    Also, could you please let me know if you’ve purchased the theme from themeisle.com or from themeforest?

    Thank you for your quick response.
    Item purchased from Themeisle.
    Error Message states: An error occurred while updating Hestia Pro: Download failed. Unauthorized

    Hi @moe1,

    I just tried on my side, and everything was ok. Could you please make sure you have your license activated?
    Is this the first time you had problems at update?

    Hi Again
    Yes Hestia Pro is activated and it states “Valid” in green next to the license.
    This is the first time..yes.
    Could it be that I updated my offline site (Localhost) first and it is not allowing me to do it again on the live site..?

    Another attempt at update was carried out today…with surprisingly a successful outcome…thank you for all the suggestions…Issue Resolved.
