    I am unable to update paid for addons, keep getting the following message: Download failed. Couldn’t resolve host ‘cdn.update.time.ly’

    I am unable to download from the account page as when you moved to a new portal my purchase details never came through with my account. I have previously asked for this to be updated so I could see my purchases, but this was never resolved.
