Unable to Update Ditty RSS Plugin

    Hi,

    I have a client who purchased the Ditty RSS add-on, it’s installed on their site, but it won’t update. See this error message here – https://imgur.com/a/boVowjC

    “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized.”

    I also have a license key for this, but don’t see anywhere to place it.. any help would be much appreciated.

    The license key should be entered on your Dashboard > Settings > Metaphor Licenses page. Once it is activated you should be able to update successfully.

    Thanks! Now I’m seeing that the key is invalid.. I have the PDF receipt that I can show you with the key on it. Is there any email address I can send that to? I don’t want to publicly display the key here. https://imgur.com/a/KFzTOb1

    For anyone else that runs into a similar issue..

    I had a dev site that I registered with the paid Ditty RSS Ticker plugin, so I needed to de-register it on the dev site and then I was able to activate the plugin on the live site and update it.
