Unable to upload CSV

    Hello

    We were having trouble uploading our CSV data. We were advised that we needed a plugin which we purchased – connections-csv-2.1.3.zip.
    It is installed but we are still having trouble uploading our data. We have reduced the number of entries and tried to do multiple uploads but to no avail. All we get is a progress bar and nothing is uploaded.

    Please can you help.

    RE: All we get is a progress bar and nothing is uploaded.

    It sounds like another plugin is causing either a fatal javascript error on this admin page or causing a PHP error on the server during the import which stalls out the import.

    I recommend doing the conflict checks, here are the links tothe tutorials:
