    Hi,

    I am unable to upload layout from the Template library> file. The upload button didn’t work after choosing the json file created on a demo site using gutentor.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @sandip88 ,

    Can you please provide the download link of the JSON file?

    Also please make sure it is exported from Gutentor.

    Thanks for your quick response. The template was exported from gutentor.

    I have followed all the steps mentioned in the video & doc. But didn’t worked for me.

    Hello @sandip88 ,

    Please make sure that all blocks available on the source are also available on destination installation. Maybe you are missing to install/activate some plugins on the destination. Can you please check on that? I can import the file after I install and activated the missing plugins.

    Note: In the update, the import system will able to provide information about missing blocks.

    Hi,

    I have tried to import this template in a fresh WordPress site but it is not importing. Do i need to install any other plugin to import template?

    @sandip88 yes because your JSON file content other blocks than Gutentor and Gutenberg. So you have to install other Gutenberg blocks plugins you are using on the source.
