Unable to use plugin

I have installed the WP JV Post Reading Groups plugin. I noticed that when I activate this plugin it conflicts with our Ivory search plugin(https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/add-search-to-menu/). So please can you provide solutions so it does not conflict with it?
